As many of you know, The Chamber member Emily Dilling, of Paris Paysanne, is also the author of the seasonal cookbook and Paris guide My Paris Market Cookbook. Just in time for the holidays she's offering it at a special price of 18€ (even better: get two books for 30€!) to fellow members. Plus mulled wine with your pick up on 18 December!
My Paris Market Cookbook takes you through the markets of Paris and more. Seasonal recipes accompany adventures through the city's culinary and beverage scene- including in depth looks into the world of craft beer, locally roasted coffee, and farm-to-table dining.
You also won't want to miss out on the chapter on homemade syrups and shrubs, a collaboration between myself and Emily which includes the recipe for our original cocktail "The Fifth Season".

Purchased & signed books will be available for pick up in the 15th at The Chamber Headquarters by appointment starting December 18th (we can also try to accommodate different schedules when necessary/possible).
