We are launching a new monthly series called One Pot & A Punchbowl and we want you to help us test and tweak it!
We can't decide if this idea is bonkers or brilliant, so we're running it in beta mode first. That means that members (only) get to test run it first for just 5 Euros a pop and then give feedback. We'd do it for free, but we want to make sure that you're at least a little committed when you sign up because - as usual - it's a small and convivial affair (10 guests max).
The idea is to take the concept of dinner & drinks back to basics with a punch bowl of a well made cocktail and a one pot dinner made with love by Emperor Norton. On the menu this month: Zereshk polo, an Iranian dish of basmati rice with saffron, chicken caramelised onion and barberries accompanied by a potent punch.
We want to keep costs down so we're just doing the punch and pot, but guests are welcome to bring their own wine or beer to drink with dinner.
Just to add another unusual element, the event takes place in a small one room glass box of a building in the 15th.
